Alamo Auto Deals is an online marketplace that connects private vehicle sellers with potential buyers. We provide listing tools and a platform for discovery. We do not sell, buy, inspect, transport, finance, or take ownership of any vehicle listed on this site.
Platform Role
Alamo Auto Deals is a neutral third-party platform. We are not a licensed vehicle dealer, broker, agent, or auctioneer. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller. We do not represent either party and have no authority over any agreement, negotiation, or sale.
No Warranties
All listings on Alamo Auto Deals are submitted by independent users. We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, legality, or condition of any vehicle listing. We do not verify the identity, authority, or legitimacy of any buyer or seller. All information is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Buyer Responsibility
By using this platform, buyers acknowledge that they are solely responsible for evaluating any vehicle prior to purchase. We strongly encourage all buyers to conduct an independent vehicle inspection, verify the vehicle title, confirm the seller’s identity, and consult independent legal or mechanical advice before completing any transaction. Alamo Auto Deals is not responsible for the outcome of any transaction.
Seller Responsibility
By submitting a listing, sellers represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. Sellers are solely responsible for the content of their listing, the vehicle’s compliance with applicable laws, and any claims arising from the sale. Alamo Auto Deals reserves the right to remove any listing at our sole discretion.
Listing Fee Policy
Listing fees are charged at the time of submission and are non-refundable under any circumstance, including removal, moderation, or failure to sell. Payment of a listing fee does not guarantee approval, publication, or any outcome related to the sale of a vehicle.
Prohibited Use
Users may not post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings. Users may not use this platform to engage in identity fraud, title fraud, odometer fraud, or any activity prohibited by applicable law. Violations may result in immediate removal and referral to appropriate authorities.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alamo Auto Deals and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of this platform, your listings, or your transactions with other users.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alamo Auto Deals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this platform or any transaction facilitated through it. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of the listing fee you paid, if any.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
